TERMS OF USE.

By using clque.xyz, sending an enquiry, or booking a shoot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the site or book a shoot.

Clque is an automotive photography practice based in Cavite, Philippines. We shoot cars, motorcycles, big bikes, dealership inventory, car meets, and editorial builds across the country.

A booking is only confirmed once the agreed deposit is received. Until then, the date is held informally and may be released to the next enquiry.

Deposits are typically 50% of the package price and are paid via GCash or bank transfer. The balance is due on or before the shoot day, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices are quoted in Philippine pesos (PHP) and may change before a deposit is paid. Once a deposit is paid, the quoted price is locked.

Free reschedule up to 48 hours before the shoot. Inside 48 hours, 30% of the deposit is forfeited as a coverage fee for the held slot.

If we have to cancel for any reason — including illness or equipment failure — we'll refund your deposit in full or reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Storms and dangerous weather are always a free reschedule, no questions asked.

You're responsible for bringing the vehicle, picking the meet point, and getting any permission needed to shoot at private locations.

We bring the kit, direction, and the run-of-show. If a third party at the location asks us to stop, we stop.

Shoots that overrun the agreed window are billed at the extra-hour rate quoted in your brief or on the pricing page.

Final selects are delivered within 7 days of the shoot unless a different turnaround was agreed in writing. You'll receive high-resolution colour JPEGs plus a black-and-white set, and web-sized social copies where included in your package.

RAW files are not included by default. They're negotiable for editorial and dealership clients on request, and pricing is quoted separately.

We retain the copyright in every image we shoot, unless we've assigned it to you in writing.

You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the final delivered images for personal social media, prints, and reasonable promotional use of the car or build photographed. Resale of the images, stock-library uploads, and commercial use by third-party brands need a separate licence.

We may use selected images in our own portfolio, journal, and social posts. If you'd rather a specific image stayed unpublished, tell us before the shoot or send us the link afterwards and we'll honour the request.

If people other than the vehicle owner are in frame — for example club members, riders, or staff — we assume their consent to be photographed is given by the booking party unless someone tells us otherwise on the day.

Don't scrape, mirror, or re-host the site or its galleries without permission. Don't try to break, probe, or overload the site.

All site copy, layout, brand marks, and images are owned by Clque or by the photographers and contributors credited.

The site and our work are provided "as is". We do our best to make sure everything works and every booking lands on time, but we don't warrant the site will be free of bugs or that every shoot will go exactly to plan.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or motoring advice — it's just commentary about our work.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a booking is limited to the amount actually paid to us for that booking.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example missed event coverage if a flight or ferry is cancelled before we arrive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that can't be settled directly will be brought before the courts of Cavite, Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. If you've already paid a deposit, the terms that applied at the time of your deposit keep applying to that booking.
