Clque is an automotive photography practice based in Cavite, Philippines. When we say "we", "us", or "Clque" in this policy, we mean the photographer operating clque.xyz.

Booking enquiries. When you submit a booking, fill in a quote form, or email us, we collect the details you give us — typically name, contact number, email address, and notes about the shoot you have in mind.
Communication records. We keep a record of the messages you send us so we can follow up properly and pick up the thread on later bookings.
Site analytics. We use a small amount of basic analytics to understand which pages get read, where visitors come from, and roughly which country they're browsing from. We don't try to identify individual visitors from this data.
Cookies. A short list of cookies keeps the site working and remembers your consent choice. See the separate Cookies Policy for the breakdown.
To reply to your enquiry, send quotes, confirm bookings, and stay in touch about the shoot itself.
To process payments and deposits through the providers we use (GCash, bank transfer, or similar).
To improve the site — what to write more of, what to clean up, what to drop.
To meet our legal and tax obligations as a working photographer in the Philippines.
We don't sell your information. We only share it with providers that help us run the studio — for example a booking calendar, an email provider, a hosting platform, and a payment partner. Each of those handles the data on our behalf, under their own terms.
We may also share information when a law, court order, or government agency in the Philippines requires it.
We hold onto enquiry and booking data for as long as we need it to run the studio and to keep proper financial records. That generally means a few years after the last shoot or message, unless we have a specific reason to keep it longer.
If you'd rather we deleted your records sooner, just ask.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and equivalent rules abroad, you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw any consent you gave us.
We'll respond to any reasonable request as quickly as we can — usually within a couple of working days.
When you book a shoot, we agree on the deliverables and any usage in the booking brief or contract. We may also use selected images in our own portfolio, social posts, and journal — unless you ask us not to. If you want any image taken down later, send us the link and we'll handle it.
The site isn't designed for children under 13. If you're under that age, please don't send us booking enquiries on your own — have a parent or guardian help.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site so you don't miss them.
For access, correction, deletion, or any privacy question, message us directly. We try to reply within two working days.
