01How do I book a shoot with Clque?

Pick a date at clque.xyz/book — your slot stays TENTATIVE until the 50% deposit (GCash or bank) lands, then it's locked. You'll get a confirmation email with deposit instructions, a shoot-brief form once the deposit clears, and a call sheet a few days before the shoot.

02How far in advance should I book?

Minimum 3 days lead time. Two weeks ahead is the sweet spot for weekend slots; weekday golden-hour slots often open up same-week. Check live availability on the booking page.

03What's included in the price?

Every package includes the shoot, full editing, and a stills gallery (colour plus black-and-white JPEGs). Motion is bundled in on every tier above The Feature — a 15–30s reel on The Rolling Cut, a 30–60s recap reel on The Coverage, and a 60–90s owner film on The Editorial. Turnaround scales with the tier — 3 days on The Feature, 5 on The Rolling Cut and The Coverage, 7 on The Editorial. Studio bookings, travel beyond Batangas, extended reels, and rush turnaround are quoted as add-ons, never sneaked in.

04Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 50% deposit is required to lock your booking. Payable via GCash or bank transfer. The balance is due on or before shoot day.

05What if I need to reschedule?

Free reschedule up to 48 hours before the shoot. Inside 48 hours, 30% of the deposit is forfeited. Storms and dangerous weather are always a free reschedule, no questions asked.

06How fast do I get the photos?

Yes — Metro Manila is a regular working area, with no extra travel fee. Most parking garages, rooftop decks, and EDSA-adjacent locations are familiar territory.

04Can you travel to Visayas or Mindanao?

Yes, for the right project. Inter-island shoots are quoted with flights, ground transport, and accommodation rolled in — best booked at least 3 weeks ahead.

05Do you do international shoots?

03Can my business or brand use the photos commercially?

04Do I need to credit the photographer?

Yes for public posting, and it's genuinely appreciated. A simple @clque tag or clque.xyz mention is enough — it costs nothing and helps build the network the work depends on.

05Can I edit, crop, or add filters to the delivered photos?

Light crops and platform-required edits (Instagram aspect ratios, story sizing) are fine. Heavy recolouring, filter stacks, or AI manipulation aren't permitted on delivered work — the gallery is the final edit; reach out if you want a different look and we'll re-edit.

03Can you issue an official invoice or receipt?

04Do you work with dealerships and brands on retainer?

05What's your refund policy?

01What camera and lenses do you shoot with?

The main kit is a Fujifilm X-S20 paired with a Sigma 18-55mm for wide-to-mid work and a Viltrox 85mm for tight portrait and detail frames. The combination handles everything from intimate owner features to fast-moving event coverage.

02Do you shoot video as well as photo?

Yes — motion is a flagship deliverable, bundled into three of the four tiers. THE ROLLING CUT (from ₱6,500) is the entry point for stills + motion; THE COVERAGE adds an event recap reel; THE EDITORIAL includes a 60–90s owner film. The Fujifilm X-S20 handles hybrid stills-and-video, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 runs B-roll and BTS, the DJI RS3 Mini gimbal handles tracking and rolling-shot work, and motion is graded in DaVinci Resolve the same week as the stills.

03Do you use a drone or aerial gear?
